| it is amazing how he provides for me so unexpectantly! he makes the ppl at work nice so i get better shifts, or extend the ones im working; and he makes my sister such an amazing, generous, creative person who loves me more than i deserve....i can't wait to see the next way he does it! i am so blessed and it is nothing i deserve.....thank you Jesus!!!! |

| okay, so after the sunrise, we were headed back to tent city and we saw our friends, the crumpets, swiming aroung their house. (rachel and i had met them the day before, i got within 5 ft or closer to one) so we paddled over there to see them and take more pictures, rachel was handing me her camera and though the cord was wrapped around her hand and we both had a hold on the camera, it slipped into the water. all four of us reached for it hesitantly because of the beavers swimming very nearby. who knew if our newfound friends would attack us because we were right outside thier front door? so after the shocked, dismayed silence rachel and swim teacher herself anna decided to dive for it...somewhere between 10 and 15 ft. so rachel took off her glasses and slid in. alyssa was on bever lookout and i paddled back to camp as fast as i could to try and find a pair of goggles. when i got back the kayak had been pulled on shore and the 3 girls were nowhere in sight. so i sat there. a few minutes later they returned from the nearby resort goggle-less. (those ppl were mean) anna put on the pair that i had been able to rustle up and resumed diving. (the beavers were still swimming in the vicinity...SCARY!!!) she surfaced from the 3rd dive camera first!!!!! aaaaaaaaa sweet victory, our prayers were answered, the memory card recovered, and no fatal (or any for that matter) bites from the crumpets. it was amazing!! i enjoyed the experience greatly...but i think its because i never had to get in the water.
edit---
and no gunnar they didnt talk to us.....though i think they wanted to. |
